James Forsey – Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design

James Forsey

James Forsey is a nature photographer who first learned digital photography from a workshop he took at the Cape Breton Centre for Craft and Design.  James turned to exploring Cape Breton’s pristine wilderness as means of coping with the vicarious trauma he endured from a lengthy career working in Corrections. It was only fitting he learned to capture the beauty of this island through photography. James enjoys showcasing some of the “hidden gems” and “off-the-beaten-path” views and vistas Cape Breton has to offer. James’ work has been featured by several prestigious publications from across Nova Scotia and beyond. (Bio Photo Credit:  Adam Hill)
