Spinning wool into yarn is a craft that has been handed down from generation to generation. It looks easy, yet it requires co-ordination of hand, eye, and foot.

This course takes wool in its natural state and eventually turns it into yarn that can be used for a variety of crafts.

Judy Lincoln. As a member of the Scotsville School of Crafts since 1984 Judy has been able to share her knowledge of spinning to members and beyond. Her spinning world began when she was raising angora goats for the mohair fleece. Now she enjoys spinning, dyeing, and weaving using natural fibres.
