Comic for Kids, Age 8+ (Introductory Level)
Date: January 25 – February 29, 2020 (Saturdays, 6 weeks)
Time: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Instructor: Alison Uhma
Fee: $64 (Members) | Fee: $73.60 (Non Members)

We all know comics are fun, but they are an important art making practice too. Using both words, and images to tell fictional or autobiographical stories, this class is about using our imaginations to the fullest. (No class October 19 & November 2)

We will play a variety of drawing games to bring out some of our silliest and wackiest notions, as well as spend time honing drawing skills to better tell your stories. No matter your level this class is a great way to build skills and develop new practices. Join comic book maker, and visual artist Alison Uhma for some comic making fun.
