Free yourself from the bonds of conformity and cookie cutter fashions. Learn to create your own vision of what you want to wear. Take charge of yourself expression. Learn basic skills, gaining confidence with growing proficiency in construction, design, fabric, colour and fit with a wardrobe that speaks your language. Work at your own pace in a welcoming and productive environment.
Paula Muise loves to make clothes. She has been a figure in the local arts scene, designing and constructing costumes for film and theatre. Her recent collections have clothed women of all ages and sizes. She is currently working on a project using Marimekko fabric collected in Finland last year and she has been invited to workshop her interpretation of this iconic fabric at Finlandia University in Michigan in 2018.
