In this class, you’ll learn to draw using the left hemisphere of your brain, pushing your imagination and creativity to the limit.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or a complete beginner, the idea is to draw without preconceived notions and let your intuition guide your strokes. Each class will include a relaxing activity designed to help you practice mindfulness and feel more confident each day.
Dare to try this new mental exercise. (No class on October 12)
