Can I cancel my course registration?
Refunds can be issued to class participants up to the Friday before the start date of the class. Please email tammy@capebretoncraft.com to cancel your registration.

How to cancel my registration?
To cancel your registration and request a refund, please make a request in writing by email at tammy@capebretoncraft.com.

Can I receive a refund after my class starts?
No, there are no refunds after the course has started, for missed classes, or for no shows.

What happens when Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design cancels the course? 
In the instance when Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design cancels a course due to insufficient registration or due to instructor unavailability, the Centre will refund you 100% of the course registration fee.

Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design conducts classes for which a minimum number of students are registered. The Centre makes a substantial investment when planning courses and workshops and vacancies can be hard to fill, even if there is a waiting list. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us ensure the success of our programming.
