Porcupine Quill Prep & Dyeing with Dawn Googoo
Dawn Googoo will be leading us on an interesting L’nu skill: Porcupine Quill Preparation and Dyeing! Let’s get busy with Ma’tues! Ma’tues supplied. Each participant will take some quills home to start their own project, to share, or to sell. Open to first 15 people who sign up.

Note: Quills can travel! Please be advised that this is a workshop that has some risks. Waivers will be required prior to participation.

Workshop participation is exclusively reserved for L’nu individuals. All prospective participants undergo a review process conducted by L’nu community members to ensure eligibility and appropriate fit. This L’nu-only approach honours Indigenous self-determination and creates a culturally safe space where L’nu participants can engage authentically with content, facilitators, and one another throughout the workshop experience.

Please note this is a potluck for both days and a peanut and nut free environment due to severe allergies.
